You may return items within 7 days of
dispatch in original condition and we reimburse the full cost price, except shipping charges.
However, unless items are damaged or delivered to you in error, you will be responsible for the
cost of return.
Shipping
Afrohairdivas uses the secure Australian Parcel Post for our deliveries. An email is sent to
inform you about delivery details once your item is dispatched from our store. All confirmed orders
are dispatched within 24 hours.

Our store is fully supported and secured using Paypal, using the military strength encryption
services of Mals e-Commerce shopping cart. We accept PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS,
DISCOVER, online money transfer and direct bank deposit.

Customers need to email us their payment and should insert order number as their reference.
Once payments reflect in our bank account, the order will be dispatched within 24 hours. In the
event of those depositing directly over the counter, they should insert their order number as
their reference and also email us to inform us that the transaction has been completed. Orders
will be dispatched from our store once payments reflect.
